Everyone Has Ideas. Few Know WTF to Do With Them.

Hey,
Let’s talk about the thing every creator has and almost no one knows what to do with:

Ideas.

Everyone’s got 10 of them.
Most don’t know which one to pursue.
They think the process is simple:

“Just validate it.”
“Ask your audience.”
“Build a POC.”

Sounds great.
Until you realize…

  • You don’t know if the problem is real

  • Your audience is silent or confused

  • You have 3 half-baked ideas and no clue which one’s worth it

Here’s what I’ve learned the hard way:

I’ve built products from scratch that shipped to thousands.
I’ve worked at scale with 100k+ users.
I’ve helped founders and teams bring ideas to life.
And I’ve built products that flopped.

That last one? It completes the cycle.

Because it taught me that clarity beats hype.
And that most creators don’t need more ideas, they need structure.

So here’s what actually works (and no, your favorite business coach isn’t posting this):

  • Get clear on who it’s for

  • Find the real pain

  • Pick a result that matters

  • Deliver it in a way you enjoy

  • Price, position, ship → refine

This is the process I’ve now distilled into one tight system:

⚡️ Idea → Offer Sprint

It’s for creators with leverage, but no offer.
No BS. Just clarity, questions, and execution.

Most people keep this stuff vague.
I’d rather share it.
Build in public.
Have fun doing it.
