Everyone’s a guru these days.
Last night I ran an experiment.
Went through 5–10 health, fitness, and wellness creators on X.
Big accounts. Big numbers. Big claims.
And guess what I found?
No one’s really honest.
That’s what hit me.
How the hell do these people grow so big while saying nothing real?
So I dug deeper, checked their older posts, websites, products.
And there it was:
Mid content, weak conviction, heavy funnels.
Most of them aren’t really sharing what got them results.
They’re just recycling basic advice and running engines that print them followers and sales.
You can tell they’re not talking to their audience.
They’re just chasing cash.
And it’s wild because just one wrong guru can throw you off for months.
Not saying everyone is fake. There are a few real ones out there.
People who speak with conviction. People who still take the heat for telling the truth.
That’s how it should be.
If I say something and you agree too quickly, something is missing.
So yeah, next time you’re scrolling for advice…
Vet who you're listening to.
Compare a couple voices in the same space.
Feel the tone. Check the intent.
You’ll spot the difference.
I’ve got 1–2, I still follow and respect.
Reply if you wanna know who.
Peace,
C
