Fasting Got Me Thinking.

Food doesn’t always give you energy.
Sometimes, it takes it away.

Most people think eating fuels focus.
But when your body’s busy digesting, your brain’s not at full power.

Yesterday, I fasted. No food for the whole day.
Just water, space, and silence.
And for the first time in weeks, I actually had room to think.

We weren’t lost before.
We just hadn’t paused long enough to map it all out.

Yesterday, we finally did.
Not in theory, in action.

We broke things down.
Aligned on what matters.
And started turning that into a real playbook.

That’s what clarity is:
The gap between you and your mission, finally bridged.

Now I’m building that into a public Blueprint.
A roadmap I’ll be sharing in a few days,
And you’ll be the first to get it.

If you’re curious about how fasting fits into my routine,
or what it does to my clarity, focus, or energy.
Just reply to this.
Happy to jam on it.
