I’ve tried a lot of routines over the last few years.
Most didn’t stick.

Not because I was lazy, but because they weren’t aligned with how I work.
Wrong flow, wrong timing, wrong expectations.
And zero clarity.

But over the last few weeks, something clicked.

I’ve been building Mindsemble with serious intention, and it demanded a rhythm I could actually sustain.

So I started tracking energy, focus windows, what pulls me in, and what pulls me off.
After enough trial and friction, I finally designed a structure that works for me, and for most founder-creators I know.

This isn't a productivity hack.
It's a daily execution blueprint I’m using to build Mindsemble into a $1M brand.
